Once again I ordered 2 times in one evening and I did not get 1 pizza 1 was canceled without any reason and the next 1 I never... heard anything about at all!!!! this is the 4th time this has happened to me in 6 attempts. Wow! Why does such good food have to come with ridiculous service?!?! While ready my cc info I was placed on hold. No warning,... no communication at all while saying info. Called back and got "manager" Nick, who decided to yell my credit card info towhoever could hear it in their place. When orde was originally placed, I was ordering 2 large ranch, and being charged for 2large ranch, when I spoke to Nick, those were not available. When I was given my final total from Nick with smaller ranch, mybill was almost $20 less (I told original order taker how many ppl and we love ranch). Said would take 45 mins for delivery, Iam writing my review at 1 hour after I ordered (15 mins late). ZERO stars. Poor poor poor service!! *Edit food got herecompletely wrong, barely any cheese on one of the pizzas. Called back got a different manager who made it all right!! Ranch taco pizza was GREAT. So many gourmet pizzas to choose from. Have to try them all!
OMG! They're pizza was awesome! This was our 1st time eating at cottage Inn and let me tell you I was very very impressed with... all the food. I did order extra cheese on my pizza and it came with so much cheese I couldn't believe it! It was so good In factI probably ate too much because I was not feeling good after because I overfilled myself.. My stomach kept saying it was fullAnd my taste buds kept saying eat more.The only problem we had over the whole meal was they forgot to add a couple of items onmy husband's salad And they forgot his ranch instead of Italian other than that everything was awesome! Definately NOT Gourmet, but FAR from being the worst! We recommend the Pizza and Salads, but the sub sandwich was so sad. There... was more aluminum foil than meat. Of the Pizza Places here in town, on a scale from 1-10, 10 being Amazing, solid 8!!! We arefans and will continue to order on Pizza Nights!! ???????????? Read more
I know it's the first week but it seemed very unorganized and a little chaotic. Went inside and Ordered the special large 1 item... and inn Stix. 25min wait wasn't given receipt when the pizza came out it was the wrong one came with peppers on it didn'trealise until we were home. So had to pick apart the pizza. After the peppers were gone the pizza did taste very good! Alongwith the Inn Stix. Hopefully in a month or 2 will be back and things will be more smooth.
