The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude when I called about a late order, said order was then marked as complete on the app... nearly a half an hour before it arrived, and about an hour and a half after I placed it (my original estimated time was 20minutes). The pizza and bread twists were cold and nobody was any help with the situation. I normally have no issues with thislocation, but today they got everything but my items wrong, had any effort been made to remedy the situation I?d blame it on abusy day. Read more
The service here was quick and the young lady taking my order was very friendly. Food was good but a slight bit pricey for the... amount given. Overall clean building and nice little comfy waiting area. I would recommend the chicken alfredo or the garlicknots. Read more

I really hope they can fix the bugs on there website and app! Our family will no longer order from here or come here. I'm sick... of paying for food and drinks and receiving half of my order or they're made the whole order wrong. I've tried the app, theworkers blamed the app for our order being messed up. So after multiple mishaps, I figured no biggie I'll just delete the appand order online. Tried ordering online and your website glitches and shows double of some things which can in turn mess withthe outcome of the order. For example, in the spot where you chose what side your toppings go on, there should only be one rowof three choices. Left side, whole pizza, and right side. However sometimes upon placing my orders online, there would be two ofthese rows. I'd select the left side, indicating I want half of the pizza different than the other half. However in the caseswhere the second row appeared, when selecting the side of pizza for the toppings, the bottom right would act as if selected aswell and would not unselect. Upon delivery, I'd have a whole pizza as one topping instead of the half and half originallyordered. I think the worst part is when whole items are missed upon delivery, that have already been paid for. Even upon callingand informing the workers of missing items, they were never delivered, there was no refund, just oh sorry they forgot. Which hashappened multiple times now. Also you're advertising you have 50% off of orders sometimes and still charging full price, anywaysI hope you can fix this. Half the time I don't say anything or complain but it makes me truly sad, and frustrated as I used tolove your pizza. Thinking about ordering anything from you now just makes me sad and angry from so many bad experiences. I haveto question myself is it worth the $35-$40 gamble plus anger and frustration from missing food fallout after. Anyways I hope itgets better...???????? Read more
