Store is not open. People are in the building sat at drive thru for 15 minutes. Went to try to order inside everything was... closed. Please update hours on building and such if your not opening at the time stated. Read more
I put one star because there's not one for 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful employees. Two specific... employees actually. Those employees ruined it for the rest. What a shame. Patiently waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to order my food. I then waited another 10-15 minutes in the drive thru... to pay and get my food to be told that they have nothing left to make the mash potato bowl. I can understand being busy or evenrunning out of food. What I can?t understand is that not being communicated to me when I ordered. Read more
I just wanted a mac and cheese bowl and a sprite. We waited behind the person in front of us in line for 20 whole minutes and... they still didn't have their food. Once the person in back of us left because it was taking too long, we left, and so did theperson behind them. I think there were just 2 people working there. The manager needed to shut the place down if it was sounderstaffed. Read more
They didn't have any ketchup! I ordered a combo they forgot my fries so I had to go back to the counter. Chicken sandwich was... dry - tasted like it was sitting around for for awhile. Not a good experience ???? Read more
Don't waste your time ordering online for the quick pick up. I got there, and the lobby was locked, had to wait in the drive... thru for over 20 minutes to get the food I had ordered for "quick pick up". What a joke, do not reccomend this location. Read more
They only gave me half of my order through the drive thru. I turned around, parked, and tried to go in the store to get the rest... of the order. The door was locked, but several people were inside eating. This was a little after 8 pm. So, I tried calling. Noone answered even after several tries when I went back in the drive thru line. I did end up getting my order, but the staff wasunapologetic. They asked about a different order that wasn't correct. This appears to be the standard for this location. Usually a five star. Today my pot pie was only half full and almost no gravy. ???????? Usually they are the best in the area.... Also the place could have used a good cleaning today. Read more
