Waited twenty minutes and the waittress never even acknowledged our presence. Place was virtually empty. Lousy waittress
Great spot for a bite to eat before the fireworks or any time. Old fashioned designs inside.
Some pretty tasty bar food, very generous portions for appetizers. The only downside was the air conditioning didn't seem to be... working when we went (i'll chalk it up to the building being kind of old) so coming in from a 100F degree day, it made theoverall feel of the bar kind of musty and hot. Beer was well priced with a fairly large selection of draft beers. Ourbartender was very friendly (sore from working out the day before), but still very attentive and helpful. Overall feeling ofthe bar was still very clean and laid back. I will definitely visit this nice brewery when I am in town if given the chance. Read more
We had our Son's Rehearsal Dinner in the Fire Room. The food was excellent. The service was spectacular. I was calling from... out of town and had no idea where I wanted to have our dinner. I knew I wanted to have our own space as the bridal party alonewas 16 attendants. Malisa called me back and said she had the room for our event. She worked with us on the menu and havingthe Fire Room was excellent so that our party would not disturb anyone . Our bartender was superb and was never far away. Everyone who attended raved at how good the food and the service was. We even lost a card that was sentimental to our family. I called Malisa that night and she kept her eye out for it. She called me on Saturday to let me know that she found the cardand sent it to me immediately. I highly recommend them for any gathering. They helped make my son's wedding PERFECT!!!! Read more
Plus side... delivery driver was on point and VERY apologetic for being late. Down side - a "large NY style pizza with... (apparently comes with extra pepperoni and cheese) turned out to be a normal med sized in EVERY OTHER pizza joint in the US.Cheese was massively overwhelming, and the extra pepperoni wasn't to be found. Oh, and the crust was so rubbery/chewy it wasunbearable. The "13$ sausage and cheese plate" turned out to be some block chopped sharp cheddar and pepper jack with 2 overcooked and super dry brats. Oh, and some crackers. The stuffed cheese bread was burnt and one could barely find the cheese. Ihad high hopes for this place... pretty sad to see it go so far downhill... Read more
We recently held our class reunion there for the second time. I highly recommend Malissa and this venue for any event. Malissa... has extensive party planning experience and is pleasant to work with. She was in contact with me when deadlines wereapproaching. Even up to the last minute for a room change. She and her crew were pleasant, courteous and available forquestions and changes while the event was in process. The decor was perfect, suggestions perfect and all that attended werepleased with the food. That is an incredible achievement for any chef. Kudos to all of you. Thanks again. Read more

Used to be the best place in bay city. But Door really let that place go. What a shame. The menu is nothing. Sad.
