We went through the drive through and had specific orders for our sandwiches. It usually takes a little more time and I never... mind. They asked us to pull up and it took a little time, maybe five minutes, no problem at all, totally reasonable wait time.The nice woman (I didn't catch her name) who brought our food out upgraded our fries and apologized for the wait. I will not be going to this place. I waited twenty minutes in line for two simple things that were cold and definitely not... fresh at all. When I go to a place like this, I expect food hot , not cold and not severed with old lettuce. I've been In thefood industry for seven years and I never once had my food tasted nor looked like that. Very disgusted by this. Out with the oldin with the new. Your suppose to make sure everything is fresh per shift. Nothing was. Not impressed just wasted ten bucks fordisgusting food. I ordered curbside. It took 5+min to get our 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Ordered L reg with 1 cream, 2 sugar, 3 ice. Coffee had... no sugar and was scalding hot. The other coffee was small decaf 1 cream and light ice. When we got it It was maybe decaf, withcream and lots of sugar. Read more
Was told they are only accepting cash at the time (3am) due to nightly computer reboot. Was told it takes about ten minutes. ... Told them I could pay with cash. Then they said the couldn't even take cash since their calculator was broken. Told them Iwould wait until computers came back on and they said computers would be down until 6am. Read more
The young lady at the pick up window was extremely rude, disrespect and very unprofessional. I noticed that the young lady that... took my order had the wrong kind of beverage so before the girl could give me my drinks I told her that my receipt has the wrongdrink and asked her what they were. She was extremely mad that the drinks were wrong and she had to fix it. I also told her Ididn't need the drink carrier but she put them in it anyway. I then asked her take them out because I didn't need thecarrier...wow she was giving rude faces and so so very disrespectful.
