Horrible. Big Mac had to much sauce and meat was cold. But worst thing was a young man who brought my order out was very rude... and disrespectful. I ordered online and parked in the pickup zone and b cuz I waited 10 min for my ice cream cone and it wasmelting everywhere told me it had been sitting and when I said something he replied well u could have gone thru the drive thruor better yet u could have come inside. After all it?s hot out 80 degrees. I am handicapped and going in might have been aproblem since I hadn?t brought my walker due to a broken back injury 5 yrs ago. Then I explained yes I could have gone thru thedrive thru but he just rolled his eyes and muttered something as he walked away. The staff was friendly, and our food order was correct. The store needed some cleaning, there were quite a few things on the... floor both in the main lobby and in the playplace. The kids love coming here to play especially when the weather is bad and wecan't play outside. Read more
I've rarely had issues with their dinner service, but their breakfast service is consistently horrible. My husband told the... person to make sure there are no shells in our food, as we get shells in our food every single time. We get home, I check forshells and this is what I seen when I flipped the egg over. The other sandwich had shells as well, but were much smaller. Tiredof calling and complaining, as nothing ever changes. There weren't many customers, so are they just lazy or do they not care atall? Seems hard to miss a shell that large if you are actually paying attention to your job. Read more
They deserve ZERO stars but since that's not an option, they get one star. Never have I ever been refused service at a... McDonald's in my 33years of life until today, and I am furious!! They're telling me my app isn't working, but I am showing themmy reward code and they won't redeem it or honor it!! They just gave my money back and slammed the window shut on me.
