Really have no idea why Google maps said i visited this store when I have never set foot at this locale. In my opinion though is... a strange place for McD. Most people are traveling the nearby freeway (US 10) if you're coming west from bay city just few milesup the road or going east from Midland or auburn you probably already ate at those areas so just don't see the point of thisparticular mcd. However I must be wrong still is apparently other people visiting or wouldn't be there. Awful, just awful. Prices are too high. Three choices.....Quality, quantity or cost.....pick 2 and you don't even get 2 from... McDonald's. Ask yourself this ( after you ate your purchase from McDonald's ) Do I feel I received good food, fast and fairpriced? My answer is no. I had to pull forward to wait for small fries, one mcdouble sandwich and one mcchickensandwich.....not fast and if you ever ate either sandwich lately then you know why I felt cheated, not full belly. We got there when it wasn't busy at all. Good food, fries needed a little more salt.
Food was hot and fresh. We live by the bikers McDonald's in Waterford on M59. Their food there is terrible and the service is... just as bad. From now on we will make the drive out to this location in White Lake. Read more
I love the mcdonalds on mackinaw rd! I live close to that one the employees know me and my family by name, even my dogs! They... are the most wonderful, quick, and likeable set of enployees ive ever met at fast food. Ive never waited nor have they messed upmy order EVER! Now as to the auburn mcdonalds, how can the expresso machine never work! EVER there are new employees there everytime we go and the some of the managers are rude! Im closer to the auburn one but drive thextra couple miles to my mackinawresturant! Those employees feel more like my friends, they remember everything and they are way more then a fast food, theirfriends! Read more
I would say there are a few ingredients one would think every cheeseburger should have. Even the least among Us would say that... when a person orders a cheeseburger at mcdonald's, they should expect an entire Patty of meat. Apparently, this is not the casefor this particular McDonald's where employees feel that sending out half a Patty is quite adequate. Perhaps I'm being too hardon them? Perhaps I should be more caring and considerate of their feelings? No, I think putting half a Patty on someone'scheeseburger is completely unacceptable, if not borderline malicious. All this excitement over a $1 item? You're right it isn'tabout the dollar though. It's about the work ethic in America or the lack thereof. If I were to perform my duties and my job theway the person who put this cheeseburger together does I would be fired immediately. I'm not even going to mention the fact thatthere was lettuce on it and correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe it was supposed to be there. Also it was supposed tohave extra pickles and extra onions none of which existed. Don't believe me? A picture says a thousand words. As far as thestaff, they were all extremely pleasant the service was fast and the facilities were very clean which is why I even bothered togive them 2 stars. Read more
