This is the 3rd and last time I will purchase food from Panda Express in Bay City, MI. 1st they forgot the orange chicken plate... and we had to return from east of Essexville to get it. Next, the food was awful and therefore, way overpriced. I have never hada worse dining experience at any Asian style restaurant in my entire life. The poorest meals at other establishments are betterthan the stuff they serve there. Even the quality condiments they provide generously could not save the meals we?ve paidsignificant money to endure. Read more
