Dear Panera, You have done me dirty one too many times. If I had a nickel for every time I was told you were out of chocolate... chip bagels, I could buy you out. I couldn?t trust you with the one thing I thought you could handle. No matter how early Iorder my bagel in the app, you fail me. Even if it is a day in advance. The fact that you can?t provide sustenance for my bageladdiction is truly a travesty. I am disappointed in you. Instead of Panera BREAD you should change your name to Panera DREAD. Nice facility, clean... fast service. Haven't really interacted with staff because I order through the app and do rapid... pick-up... but the restaurant is clean and the beverage area is always organized and clean. Read more

Not a good place to enjoy a meal. Over priced, two sandwiches and to small drinks $30.00. Asked for Coke and wasn't advised of... Pepsi product sales and when I got to soda machine Cola dispenser was out of order. Had to settle for different drink. Lookedfor a clean table, not one to be found in whole store, all tables smeared with previous customers residue. Fast food selfservice pick-up and cashier had audacity to ask for a tip.
