Dear Panera, You have done me dirty one too many times. If I had a nickel for every time I was told you were out of chocolate... chip bagels, I could buy you out. I couldn?t trust you with the one thing I thought you could handle. No matter how early Iorder my bagel in the app, you fail me. Even if it is a day in advance. The fact that you can?t provide sustenance for my bageladdiction is truly a travesty. I am disappointed in you. Instead of Panera BREAD you should change your name to Panera DREAD. Nice facility, clean... fast service. Haven't really interacted with staff because I order through the app and do rapid... pick-up... but the restaurant is clean and the beverage area is always organized and clean. Read more

Not a good place to enjoy a meal. Over priced, two sandwiches and to small drinks $30.00. Asked for Coke and wasn't advised of... Pepsi product sales and when I got to soda machine Cola dispenser was out of order. Had to settle for different drink. Lookedfor a clean table, not one to be found in whole store, all tables smeared with previous customers residue. Fast food selfservice pick-up and cashier had audacity to ask for a tip. I like to come to this Panera for lunch since it's within walking distance of my job and the workers here are always so nice to... me. Carter has always been very helpful. And Dennis usually takes my order when I come inside and he's the sweetest person I'veever met. It makes my day when I get to see him and talk to him. The personable atmosphere really keeps me coming back! And thespicy chicken sandwich with emerald greens is the perfect pairing for the mango charged lemonade! I can't get enough! Read more
Online order was convenient and easy. Salad is delicious! I've thought the baguette on the side would've been wrapped though.
I was pleasantly surprised. First, I met a friend here for a business meeting. He had lunch and I just had coffee and checked... the place out for future reference. The food looked good and I found that he came here often so I decided to try it again. Icame with a group for lunch and found the food as well as service were both pretty good.
