I was blown away on how much 2 meals cost. Granted prices have gone up but my 12" sub meal was $18.59. The wife went inside to... place the order and she even questioned the cost. I'm not sure if we were over charged. For that much I could have gotten asandwich with fries at my favorite pub. Read more

I was over all satisfied I would say just disappointed. I catered my daughter's graduation party and she wanted subway platters... for part of her food for options and for what I paid it was not worth it. They now charge 15.99 just to get all the vegetablesfor your subs. The quality has gone down on food also. Read more

The subs were well prepared as requested, and very delicious. The [only] employee there was courteous and professional, ... despite the seemingly large volume of incoming customers. Hope more staff is hired in the future. Read more

I waited at the drive-thru a long time to place my order (I was at the speaker waiting) then while I was in the middle of... placing my order the gentleman I was speaking to told me that I needed to wait again, this of course took a long time. So Igive up and go inside, other than the two employees there was no one else. The gentleman apologized but the woman admitted theywere goofing around and she was picking on the gentleman. They are lucky I already had so much time invested and the fact Ireally didn't want to drive to anywhere else, because I would have bailed on this order. Read more

0 stars, 0 class I was at 6180 Westside Saginaw Rd location @ 5:40pm tonight, where I waited approximate 17 minutes. The only... car in front of me ordered 1 sub and 1 plain pizza. I ordered 2 ham sandwiches. The bacon wasn't warmed/cooked, the toppingswere incorrect, I was overcharged for add on toppings and shorted them, and we were subsequently late for the Loons baseballgame. I called and asked to speak to the manager. At 6:05pm when I spoke to the manager she only offered for me to return to thestore immediately. I told her I could not as we were already late for the game. I informed her I doubted she would still be openafter the game. I asked her how she wanted to make it right. She had 0 suggestions and a big attitude. I asked for her firstname. She refused to give it to me. I told her I would never visit that location again, she told me "then don't" and hung up onme. Just had the best service we?ve ever had at a Subway! I always order the same veggie sub and believe it or not, the one I just... ate was the best one I?ve had (perfect amount of everything and constructed beautifully). The 2 people who waited on us were sofriendly and worked hard to accommodate my husband?s hunger but inability to chew anything (mouth surgery). The soups have beendiscontinued for the warm season so they offered to super chop up something for him or get him some tuna salad in a bowl. Bothsolutions were good and my husband chose the tuna. We were so doggoned impressed by the kindness we were shown and by ourlunch. Thank you to those employees. Read more

Great service and food. Store was short staffed and the person working was overwhelmed between the drive thru and in person... customers. She handled it great but I don't like the company putting people in that position. I see this frequently at subway.They pay bad wages and expect 1 person to close down the restaurant and help people at the drive thru and in store. Subway canafford to keep at least 2 people working in the store at all times. Not impressed with how the company runs thing. I hope theywill take this into consideration. Read more

As being a part of the staff not only for subway, but for the gas station as well, we are always complimented on how great our... store looks! We try to take the time to meet every individual customers needs and we try to exceed their expectations! Somestaff are friendlier than others, but as a team we work together to accomplish our biggest goal, which is to make the customerhappy! As any other fast food joint, we do have our off days, but we do try our best in every situation. I truly believe we areone of the best subways around; but that's up to you to decide.
