Worst store manager I've ever seen in my life
I went in for the first time today. Floors were just FILTHY with spilled beverages and God knows what else. Food in aluminum... bins were over the edges spilling into next bin.. Condiment containers were DIRTY. How long has it been since health officialswere there to inspect for cleanliness? The lady working there was clean and courteous. Husband picked me up a sandwich and it didn't look burnt but it smelt and tasted so burnt. He said the toaster oven was super... smoky but it didn't look burnt so he didn't think anything of it. Sandwich was so bitter. I even tried to salvage the inside andput it on sliced bread at home and it was still burnt smelling and tasting. I need a refund!! Read more
First the hostess only rinsed her hands under water no soap. Then she put on her gloves. I asked for Italian footling cold cut... combo. She threw my cookies at me when I redeemed my survey. She tried to overload my sandwich even when I asked for lightspinach. I think I have the whole olive container on my lunch. And when I asked for diced onions she put massive amounts ofonion on my sandwich. Her name I think is Regina and she is Hispanic . I will not order with her even again. This location is decent, it could be better if the store was larger. There is barely any space between the counter to pay and... the exit. Honestly a larger individual may feel uncomfortable because you have to excuse your self past the whole line. My hamand cheese sandwich was ok not really anything to write home about. Place was extremely busy. Employees did a very good job handled the busyness very well. The manager was also there and you could... tell that she has a good relationship with her employees and that her employees have a good relationship with her.
