Kind of my go to place when I'm at drill. The mango magic is one of my favorite drinks and the chipotle chicken is slaps.
They didn?t cut my quesadilla? I?m not sure why?? Not to mention, I?m out and about, not around any knives or anything to cut... it. So weird. Food took forever as well, so not sure why it couldn?t have been cut right after being made. And where?s thesalsa? Also, a female employee came up front by the registers and sat down on one of the counters, was on her phone in front ofcustomers, and just didn?t seem to care that much. Not cool Read more
I?ve been getting smoothies from this locations for years. Generally multiple times a week and I have never had a bad... experience. Until today, which I?m attaching the picture. I know that it?s fruit and ice so there can be times it has somechunks that didn?t blend completely, but this is just ridiculous! I bought the nasty edible straw for the first time todaybecause I didn?t have time to run out and had it delivered and it was a $12 min. I could not even use the straw as this smoothieis no where near blended. Why would anyone think it?s okay to serve this to a paying customer? Great Service, great location, great everything! However....I couldnt give full ?s because, our smoothies were not as smooth as... they could have been! There was still Ice chunks too big to drink with the straw. New Blenders maybe?! But we'll be back...welove this place. Read more

On Friday we went to this location of Tropical smoothie around 6pm, maybe 6:30. My husband used the app to order 4 smoothies and... I came inside to pick them up. What did I find (besides delightful smoothies)? I saw a very clean bathroom. I saw a dedicatedcrew cleaning every inch of a store that looked as though it had been quite busy earlier. I saw numerous employees workingtogether to get their jobs done. It was an excellent experience to find such dedicated employees and such teamwork. Thanksvery much!! Read more
Ordered smoothies and quesadillas online. They don't have sour cream so that was a little disappointing. When we got there, no... orders were in the cabinet they place online orders when they are ready. So, we went to the counter and the gal asked when weordered it and what time it was supposed to be ready. I showed her the email confirmation and she said it wasn't ready yet. So, my daughter and I took a seat to wait. We waited about another 10 minutes and asked again. They said they didn't have anyorders waiting. I showed them the email again and they said they had made the order already. I told them that we hadn'treceived it. They apologized and said someone else must have taken it. They made our order for us and it was ready prettyquickly. I think the orders should be kept behind the counter and you have to ask for it by name to receive it. This wouldprevent anyone from taking it or someone getting the wrong order. Read more
