Can you give no stars because this is the last and only time we'll visit this store, girl woman or whatever the flavor is today... says it's gonna be a hot minute before your online order is ready, which was supposed to be 15 minutes ago. We ordered on line, they didn?t tel us they were out of meatballs and never made the rest of the order. Never got a phone call... or anything. Said they were busy and didn?t have time to look at the online order. Then told us we have to order something thesame price wouldn?t even let us pay extra, she said she didn?t know how to do that, so we asked for a refund so we could reordersomething else, they skipped us in line and began taking people behind us their orders while we stood there. She finally gave usa refund but told us it would take 3 days to get the refund. We finally left and went to the subway close to Walmart! Muchbetter service and he was super nice. Will never go to the subway by r mobile again. Very unprofessional people in there. Wastreated very disrespectful. Will never order online again. Read more

I would rate this a zero if I could this is the 2nd subway Ive ordered from tonight 3/30/22 and 45 minutes after placing an... online order for delivery it gets cancelled. Ive placed 2 different orders for 2 different locations tonight and both of themhave cancelled 45 minutes after my order, yet I check my bank account and I've been charged for both orders so I've literallyspent $80 tonight to not have anything to eat at 10 o'clock tonight. Better to go and order in person. Iv ordered by the app and the sub wasn't right. Food is good. Update. Ordered again online.... Got it wrong again and barely put anything on it. Forgot the cheese and garlic herb oil and forgot to toast it. Also addedbellpepers for some reason. And only put 4 pieces of spinach on the whole sandwich. Also almost no olives at all. I paid forextra cheese and extra olives. Still tasted alright though. Read more
