Right when I walked in I felt so uncomfortable. Both guys were sitting down on their phone while the store was a mess. The guy... with the neck tattoo talked inappropriate things the whole time he was making my sandwichs to the other employee. Also theveggies looked like they weren?t changed all day. They looked bad. I only gave it 1 star cause I had to give at least one to write the review. I went there about a month back and there was a... guy that was standing behind the counter but he was on the phone. And we stood there patiently, but then finally asked if hecould take our order and he said he wasn't on the clock yet.and then another employee walked out from somewhere to the side andwe asked if we could get our order taken. And he said he wasnt working.so one was about to start working but wasn't clocked inyet cause it wasn't time other was was off and clocked out already leaving noone to run the register??? We stood there foranother almost 10 min before the one behind the counter on his phone decided to take our order and he gave it with the mostattitude he could give as he made it. With sighs and tongue clicks and eye rolling and slamming and yanking stuff roughly. It was the rudest customer service o had ever witnessed or recieved. I mean u work at a place for people to come and eat. People are on a come in and order from u. Fine not and awesome job but u have a job to do, not cool to take it anger out onthe customers about u having to serve customers. Corporate definitely needs to come in and clean house and get better peoplein their who will actually do their job and not be upset that they have to do their job. Worst subway experience ever! Waited for what seemed like 15 min before young black man came from restroom. After seeing me in... line he continued walking slowing while using his cell phone. He didn't not wash his hand after going behind the counter. Thenjust had a "I dont want to be here attauide" about taking my order. I asked him to warm my chicken. Told me it would be warmedwhen toasted. He skipped the cheese. It was added cold . Then continued to make sandwich. When unwrapping my sandwiches, theyall fell apart instantly. Mustard all over the place. All the veggies not in the sandwich. Will never return to this location. Read more

Employee stated that she was on her break and would not serve me! She said she was waiting for another employee to come in and... that she had 39 more minutes of her break left!!! Wth? Why were they even open??!! I work in customer service and this istotally unacceptable! Who is running this establishment??? So so sad. Smh Read more

Didn't know what a melt sandwich was. Didn't know new sauces at all, I had to tell them what they were. Sandwiches were just... thrown together. Restaurant was clean as was the sandwich station. I'm not saying it's the workers fault- they're just evidentlynot properly prepared. Disappointing. Read more

Reward points are never given in this location. If you do not have a Rewards card then your Subway app in your phone is useless... since their scanner does never work! The customer service is bipolar in this location. Few employees are good and some arebad. The food is always fresh and great but overall this location compare to the others in town can be the best.
