So first of all they need to retrain their employees. You should always tell someone the total before you pay. They should not... keep your card and tell you to drive to the front. They have no idea how to deal with customers. Also, do not get coffee it?snot hot and they will not heat it up if you ask. Good luck to this place. Read more

I love that they have drive thru. The last couple of loaded teas just have not agreed with me. I ask them to make sure it's... protein free because I'm allergic. I could not drink last tea. Read more
I LOVE Coastal Bay Nutrition!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The owners are amazing too!!! I was not a tea drinker... before I came to Coastal Bay Nutrition but I can't get enough of their teas! They also have amazing shakes and they have coffeetoo. Delicious and nutritious! The drinks are excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. The business itself... has a very welcoming appearance. My only con is that I do not recommend if you're in a hurry since it apparently takes a whilefor the girls to make the tea. I would like to see them be faster on their delivery since spring and summer are right around thecorner. Other than that, I enjoy the service and the teas are delicious! Read more
