Absolutely love this Charley?s! Affordable and extra delicious.
I love the cheese steaks and fries. Lovely...but I have a problem. Every time I order via grubhub I ask for an unsweetened iced... tea, Because I am diabetic, I get a very sweetened lemonade. It says on the receipt unsweetened iced tea so I am unsure wherethe disconnect is. Since it's a grubhub (i'd do this if it was any other delivery option) I don't bother to call in and try toget it fixed. The first one I dumped, this second one I gave to a family member. I do online orders usually. Today I went in because I had time. I tell the cashier a regular combo and my strawberry lemonade.... Order came out wrong, seems that he didn?t hear me right. So another lady was like ?sure, we?ll fix it but you gotta pay thedifference.? It wasn?t my fault it came out wrong and you want me to pay for it and keep standing around. Nah. Love Charley's but this location is not good. Employees at this location do not listen or understand English. I ordered a turkey... ham and bacon sandwich with cheese and asked for extra meat and they put steak on the sandwich. Read more
They need better workers. I told the cashier regular Philly no fries and drink. I swear the people don?t pay attention to what... they are doing. My order is called next not only did they give me the wrong sandwich they added fries when I said no fries. Thelady gave me an attitude even though the order was for someone behind me. I remember Charley's from over a decade ago in Manhattan mall. I was happy to see it in South Shore mall. The Chicken Buffalo is... good. The lemonade is great because it's loaded with sugar. Read more
