We visited this Chipolte because they're always consistent with the quality of food! Phenomenal fresh food, clean, I mean... spotless dining area. This location is always the one I choose for delivery or pickup. Actually we left the one at the Archesin Deer Park because the sofritos were swimming in a liquid???? What was that about? Also the Arches pico and guac was wellpast their freshness dates just by looking at them. Read more
Just ordered a chicken bowl and was sad to see that when opening it there wants any chicken. The whole point of a chicken bowl... is the chicken and they totally didn?t have it. I don?t understand how hard it is to forget the first choice of the meals butthis place is horrible. Read more
Chipotle has good food but customer service at this one is NOT good. "Free guac" coupons dont work unless you get the guac on... the side? That's crazy. And then your try to guilt the customer for "wasteing food". Read more

This location really went downhill. I have ordered from here ever since the location opened and have always enjoyed their food.... However, lately the staff has been putting in minimal effort into the service. The tacos pictured were supposed to have lettuce,salsa, and sour cream on them but we just got meat and cheese. I have also stopped ordering guac because the last (3) times Iordered the guac is brown and tasteless, which should not be the case considering how it is $2-3 extra. Also it is impossible toget in touch with the restaurant, I tried to get in touch with them after an issue with my delivery and I could not get anyoneon the phone. Went here today February 1st..the rice was hard and so were the pinto beans the steack you couldn't even chew it was so tough. ... I recently had the WORST experience with this chipotle location. I had done an online order through the chipotle app. I picked... up my order, and went home and noticed that both the bowls I ordered we?re done incorrectly. I went back to chipotle and toldthem my bowls were done completely wrong. The girl who was working on the online orders, gave me an attitude when I told her toredo the orders. Then she aggressively began to make my bowls for the second time. I then went home and AGAIN noticed both bowlswere done wrong. I was so annoyed, I called chipotle and they said I can come back and for the third time so they can give methe correct order. At this point, I was so fed up and wanted a full refund of my food. They told me they couldn?t do anythingfor me bc it was an online order and I had to go through the app. Also, I did not keep any of the incorrect bowls that weremade. However, I spoke with Chipotle support and they only offered me two free entrees which is ridiculous bc of theinconvenience that I went through. I will never eat at another chipotle again.
