They get 3 stars do to the food was good but disappointed!! Big sign outside of bldg says happy hour with all the specials. Go... to the bar No one at the bar. Can I see happy hour specials. Ordered sushi thru Uber eats was delicious and fresh
Food was amazing..sushi very fresh. The service was poor. I went at 430 only 4 table sat...server didn't come check and check on... table, we had to ask other server for our server. We had a reservation for 3 at 7:30. I watched as they made us sit at the bar and took a party of 5 that just walked in and sat... them immediately. When we asked why they did that, they gave me a dismissive shrug and promised we would be sat soon. They justsat every available seat that they had so no seat would be available for at least an hour more. They really expected us to justwait while they took a larger party that had no reservation. I stopped in Kumo for a bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cool. And some detail into certain aspects of the restaurant... were nice. But after we placed the order in the food came all at once. I only had to bites of my appetizer before the maincourse came out. The food was decent some of it came out cold and little flavor. Unfortunately I will not be returning to thisrestuarant. P.S. NO FREE REFILLS! 8 oz cup of soda 2 dollars each refill. Read more
Enjoyed the food but not the service. We had made 7:30pm on a Saturday night. Most of the party (6 people) arrived early (like... 7:20) but one person was late. Lady at the front desk told us we could wait so we did until 7:40 when the same person told usthat we were late and that we needed to go to the back since everything was on schedule. Additionally, she asked what themissing person wanted to eat because everything was running late now and we would need to order quick. Fine, our group when tothe hibachi room and luckily our last person joined us. THEN our group waited another 20 minutes for the chief to come out!!!!We were rushed when we didn't have to be which was very annoying. I guess our chief was having a rough night because he justwent through the motions of everything. He was not animated/talkative and didn't give us warning when he was going to do a tricklike the onion volcano. I understand that people can have tough nights and be tired but the hibachi show is such a big part ofthe experience. Food was good but the service truly distracted and took away from the experience. I made an order online for delivery. The restaurant charged my card and said they had no proof of the order and would not refund... me. The man screamed at me that he didn?t care because he had no delivery order pending and then hung up on me. I had to disputethe charges with my bank for a refund. Horrible Horrible service. Read more
