I forgot to take photos but I will say- I have not been to Olive Garden since about 1999 and let me tell you! We waited about... two minutes, a nice waiter came very quickly and took our order, brought drinks- everything so fast as we requested! I have notbeen to a restaurant this full in many years- and there’s a reason it was full- everything was so delicious and I liked thelighting and aesthetic. It was quite comfortable. Even when the fire alarm went off no one even got up! I have misophonia,but it was only going for about 20 seconds, then the sound stopped and the lights were blinking as we left, but I was puttingour food in containers to take home anyway when it started. I had shrimp appetizer as an entree and the sauce was wonderful!! If I’m out east this way again I would definitely come back, I really enjoyed it and was pleasantly surprised!! Read more

Arrived around 7:10 on a Saturday night. The restaurant was pretty busy but there was only a 5 minute wait for a table for 2.... The manager (christine?) Was at the front podium and was positively communicating with her team. We were seated in Kamrons(myrecall on names and their spelling from last night is a little fuzzy) section and he was prompt to service us. He maderecommendations, checked in on us and had a pleasant demeanor even though it looked like his section was pretty full. I would never go back to this place. Went their Saturday to eat with my sister. The table they put us we notice their was ANTS... CRAWLING AROUND YES I SAID ANTS we told our server and he moved our table we get to the next table and got put food started toeat then we notice more ANTS at that table also then I realized I gotten bites on my legs also. My sister eat some Of the foodwhich was the salmon then we seen as another ants crawling on her plate so we informed the sever. That their was More ants themanager came over whispering to us about how sorry she is. The whole time we remained calm this is unacceptable to the fullestthen I called the corporate office to make a report someone called me back saying she want to see the food on the table as if wewouid lie about ordering food. Mind they can run their camera I had all the info from the store and videos of ants crawling onthe table and on our plate I didn’t even eat my food I left it right their on the table didn’t even finish my drink leftthat their too. I have not been to Olive Garden in years and years. It was my daughter's birthday and that's where she wanted to go so I finally... got to try it again and it was really delicious. The bread and salad was amazing. Such a good mix and dressing in their salad. Idefinitely want to go back just for that. Lol. But the entrees we had were also very good. I had the Seafood Alfredo and it wasjust amazing. Definitely recommend trying Olive Garden if you've never been before. We went to the location in the Bay Shoremall parking lot. Very clean and neat. So, the service was okay. We did have to flag to waitress down every time we needed anything but for Valentine's Day I guess... that is to be expected. We ordered an appetizer. Spinach artichoke dip. Then my husband and I ate entirely separate meals. Theonly thing we had eaten the same was the spinach artichoke dip and exactly 1 hour after eating it, we both became sick in ourstomach. It hit us both at the same time and it was the only thing we have in common so I truly believe it was this dish. Otherthan that the minestrone soup was delicious and both of our meals were good.
