TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I went there today, my card declined for the last half of the transaction. I understand this situation... since I work in retail. The manager that was helping the cashier was angry and she kept shaking her head and now the WHOLEstarbucks line knows that i dont have $1 to pay the rest of my order. I was so embarrassed. and the guy didnt deserve to beyelled at like that. he helps me all the time and is SO nice, so much better at talking to customers than her. I have hadseveral incidents at this location, but this was 1000% the LAST time I'd ever go there. This Starbucks is awful. The guy Martin working behind the counter is amazing bilingual and hard working but the owner obviously... doesn't know how to run a business considering he has one person here, by himself, during the week of Christmas literally taking3 orders at a time and then fulfilling them all on his own followed by cleaning up for covid with 0 support. 5 stars to thatguy, 0 stars to this Starbucks.
