The workers tried to limit the amount of veggies I can put on a sandwich ????. Also was out of almost everything it?s hilarious
Got overcharged for my sandwiches. I was too tired to argue. I will avoid this location from now on. I figured a couple of bad... experiences shouldn't reflect the overall demeanor of the location. I was wrong. Had better experience on today's visit. Nocomplaints. One of the staff seems not to understand English. She didn't speak Spanish either. She kept getting wrong itemsonto my sandwich. They also lacked a few items on the menu. A sign/note or quick mention when people walked in would have beennice. Instead I got an abrupt, we don't have this, and we don't have that. Their POS system was also giving issues, causingdelays. The construction of the sandwich was poor. Skimping on the ingredients. Sandwich wasn't even cut in half properly. bad service. They have the bathroom closed. I asked for a bathroom for my daughter and they tell me that it is closed, I had... to get angry for them to tell me that I can use the bathroom. more dedication. I do not ask you to give me a gift, I ask youfor a good service. Read more
Always hit or miss, sometimes the people their care about what they are doing, other moments there is not a care in the world.... Somehow, they either end up messing up my order or they aren't listening to what I am saying. If you want to eat at Subway, goto a different location since this place can be so inconsistent with its customer service and overall quality. Read more
Best Subway in bayshore very friendly workers
Ok so I've personally worked at a few subways and today (4/4/21) going in I was a little horrified. The woman there made a whole... bunch of sandwiches. They were pretty sloppy which when I worked at subway there was always a formula of how the sandwiches weremade.. on top of that these woman weren't changing their gloves. Touching everything and making sandwiches with the samegloves!!!! Now as for the line... almost all the food had frost bite! The temperature was obviously too low. There was a lot ofcross contamination as well... im wondering why the owner of the store is allowing this. These are serious health hazards thatshouldn't be looked passed!!!! Please do better. I ordered a salad for lunch and when my order comes (ordered through Ubereats) there was no lettuce in my salad i called the... location and the man i spoke to said what do you want me to do. He said on the order it didn't say you wanted lettuce. I said tohim i ordered salad and there was no option to say you want lettuce and lettuce normally comes in a salad. Said he could makeanother one but they don't deliver and again he said what do you want me to do. paid $9.00 for what was suppose to be a saladbut only got some meat and toppings. not very happy.
