It was our first time here and we absolutely loved it!! It’s fall so of course we had to get the pumpkin flight and the... pumpkin crepes. Everything was delicious and the price is very reasonable. Had the pleasure of having breakfast here today. Needless to say first the ambiance is awesome. Like steampunk mixed with... vintage I really don't know how to explain it but must be seen. Anyway had a simple coffee which was good enough to wake me up.For breakfast had the Avo BLT Toast and it was fantastic! The avocado was superb and fresh. Do you ever wish you could go eat but not have to wait on their service to even notice you after being seated, and then to have... to wave over “not our waitress” to get the very kind bartender who took our order.. to then get our server who didn’t knowwe had just had our orders already taken… When I finally got my food there was a hair in it which ment I had to wait longerfor my food…. Definitely made me rethink paying 20$ on French toast and coffee Maybe I would share the eggs and toast mysister got but still not worth the $ Have to say tho the best iced coffee I’ve seen and really tastey Berry compote ???????? My new favorite breakfast spot! My sister and I ate here for the first time today. Food was delicious and plentiful - we... couldn't finish. Staff was really nice and prompt. I got the sausage gravy and biscuits which came with poached eggs and homefries, my sister got a breakfast burrito, and we split a short stack of banana walnut pancakes. A good vibe and Heavy Duty Portions. Food: 4/5 - There are a lot of interesting menu options but for me the portions are very... big. That's a turnoff because I feel like I'm wasting it. But that's not a knock on the quality of the food -- It's verytasty. I just wish it was smaller. Their Coffee is fantastic!! Served in nice cups. Service: 4/5 - After many visits Ihaven't had a bad experience. The service is usually friendly and attentive. Atmosphere: 4/5 - Really nice setup. Fireplacekeeps you warm if you're lucky enough to sit near it. The booths seem spaced too far apart. That's good if everyone in yourparty is humongous. But if not, you feel like there's a lot of room between you and the table and there's not much you can doabout it. If you slide the table closer to you, the other person is way too far way. On Weekends the crowds cangrow. Cleanliness: 4/5 - Not bad. Bathroom needs a bit of work but overall it's in good shape. Wiped my finger in aninconspicuous area and there was dust. Value: 4/5 - Some items are a little pricey but given the amount of food it's a goodvalue. Parking: 5/5 - There is plenty of lot parking nearby. The one closest is paid parking but it's a short walk to freeparking which is just past the paid one. Nice little walk past a water-way. The hostess wasn't very friendly when we walked in. She didn't smile and it felt like she didn't want to be there. That was the... only part of the visit that wasn't great. With an arrival time around 9:15am, the wait for a table wasn't long at all. It tookmaybe 2 or 3 minutes to be seated. Our server Julio was wonderful! Super friendly and attentive. Now for the good stuff...thefood. The food was AMAZING! This may have been the best breakfast I've ever eaten from a restaurant. Full of flavor, but notover seasoned. You could tell the eggs were fresh. And I was pleasantly surprised to try the eggs and not need to add salt tothem. And if you like coffee, I highly recommend trying theirs. Not too strong or weak. I'm not sure what roast it was but itdefinitely made you feel warm and fuzzy like it was the holidays. Definitely a place I will visit again when I'm in the area. Read more
