The manager is rude and needs to learn people skills. while waiting for coffee the plastic barrier fell down several times. ... the kid at cash told her that it wouldn't stay in place. She snapped back "well customers need to stop touching it" The kid atcash looked at me absolutely embarrassed by her comment. I said no one is touching it, you need to secure it properly. shejust turned her back. Reading other comments about rude staff doesn't surprise me it comes from the top down. Hope the kid atcash finds a job somewhere else before he adopts the culture of rudeness to customers. Read more

Was served a sandwich today with all the sauce on top of the sandwich. I kindly asked for it to be remade. Young staff member... with glasses slammed the window and rolled her eyes. Staff needs proper training on food prep but most of all customer service.I even said sorry but the sandwich was inedible she then slammed the window shut again and rolled her eyes once again. Never any baked goods even an hour after opening. Soup and and chilli never available because of malfunctioning equipment no... specialty coffees cause that machine is broken aswell . Their happy to offer more expensive options though. Service is usuallyslow even with you and one other car in the line up . Read more
