This location is horrible. Don?t ever order delivery from here because you won?t get what you paid for. If an item is out of... stock, they won?t contact you to ask how you would like to replace it, they?ll just give you any substitute they feel. Thanksfor replacing my items with other items that I?m medically allergic to. Read more

After going back I edited my review. Nobody helps you at all. No hot dog buns and 11 cooking? Go get some. And always looking at... you with contempt like you're a thief. Stay away. Try the one on Broadway. Read more

the short indian lady is extremely rude and racist. she kept following me and my friends when we went to fill our slushee and... kept standing close to us. i don?t understand why. that was the 2nd time. 2 days before this incident today she would not allowme to stand in the store and told me i had 5 minutes before i couldn?t buy anything. that was extremely rude and unprofessional.she was also making rude comments on my race and said she hates them and stuff and said we cant pay for our food without thegovernment. i hope this store shuts down from their rude services. extremely disrespectful and disgusting behavior that i sawtoday. this is also not the first time i?ve heard people complain about her because of her rudeness. never going back again. The Manager and the Older Guy that's always at the registers in the front are very friendly and respectful. But some of the... workers that they hire are very, very, very rude to people who come in and spent their money. I watched a worker chubby guy withglasses he looks like Peter Griffin from Family Guy, at front desk scream and curse at a mother with her baby, Like Really???what do you get out of doing that to a women. This is my first time here and never again. I was so mad at what I just saw from a7 Eleven Employee I put what I was going to buy back and walked out. They need to hire more respectable and professionalemployees. Read more

I?ve shopped at this 711 for years until the recent change of staff. There?s an employee there by the name Akrum on the evening... shift who was very impatient and disrespectful to me in front of other patrons when I questioned a store policy. I informed himthat I would be complaining and he became even more belligerent yelling that I could call the owner of 711 and he did not care.This is not how you treat a customer who has shopped at this location for years or any customer. I have witnessed this employeesbecome rude to other customers in prior visits also and tonight was my turn to be subjected to his arrogant and rude behavior.This man should not be working in a large retail chain and need anger management and customer service skills. The best 7-Eleven ever cuz I liked the customer relationship of the guy who works at the register at 11.20 pm on October 22nd... much. He was experienced and flexible enough to match with customer needs and a quite polite person. Read more

Good morning, this is my first time going into this 711 today. I purchase an any size hot beverage for a $1. The young Indian... guy behind the register, was helping a customer . I was next . The guy opened up another register and rang my coffee up. Itshould have been $1. It was over $2. I asked him why he looked at the register touch a bottom and walked away. When he walkedaway he was talking in his language . As I looked at the register and it read the balance was zero balance. The guys was notfriendly. He didn?t say it was free, he didn?t say thank you either. That was rude. The front of the store says new management and if he continues to treat customers that way. This 711 will be under new management again. I will not be back. Read more
