Went to get lunch requested from the kiosk a double quarter pounder, medium fries and coffee. Took them 20 minutes just to call... my number. Location only had a handful of people. Received the double quarter cold cheese not even slightly melted. The frieswas cold and no salt on them.Tasted horrible. Second time going to this Bayonne McDonald's and having a bad experience. Went here twice already and both times in the drive thru the order came out wrong. The prices are very expensive as well there... seems to be a disconnect between the person that takes the orders and the ones that hands them out definitely have to do betterbeing it?s the only one in town Read more

The food is horrible! Food is expensive! Bread is hard fries are cold and they always get your order wrong! They never have the... sauces you ask for and it?s always a bunch of teenagers in there cussing or fighting! McDonald?s in Bayonne is no longer greatever since they have opened. Extremely frustrated! Place an online order through the McDonald?s app which costed $18.12, then proceeded to get charged almost... $28? Then was told it was only partially paid and had to pay $12 out of pocket at drive thru window when i had already clearlypaid through app. Did not even get the chicken nuggets i had ordered online. All in all I had to pay $40 for 2 big macs and 1large order of french fries? Are you kidding me? Complete dysfunction by McDonald?s app and management. Steer clear of thisMcDonald?s and head to the uptown one. Please get your affairs in order before you decide to take more money from anybody! Read more

By far the worst McDonald?s in Bayonne. First of all, ever since they opened, they have been a disaster and have fallen short of... the standards that Bayonne residents had set for themselves after waiting months for the distinctive McDonald's EXPERIENCE. IMHEATED. Second, the food has been subpar since the first day. There is no effective organizational structure there, and peopleare scattered all over the place. Even though they have a large kitchen, a conveyer belt, and many other cutting-edge devices,they still have a number of drinks that are simply sitting on the side. Not to mention that the staff is constantlydisorganized. The only reason they are processing orders with efficiency is because of one wonderful guy who is always the firstto take someone's order. I have a lot to say about the food quality, so let's get started. For one, i?m not sure who they chefis by they need to be terminated active IMMEDIATELY. There hasn?t been a single time where I revived my food and it wasn?tmessed up in one way or other. It?s always burnt fries here, messed up chicken nuggets there, sloppy big mac here and on and onand ON. However, the chicken nuggets that I received on June 21st, 2022 tarnished my view on this McDonald?s forever. Thenuggets were burned beyond salvaging and were inedible, as you can see in the picture below. I also got french fries, but all Igot were the tiny ends and nibs. Nobody would assume those are McDonald's chicken nuggets from that picture. The sad part isthat practically everyone's chicken nuggets were charred and unidentifiable when I walked around the store that day. I'm sorryto see that their business has gotten to this point, but I can assure you that I won't continue to support this particularlocation until they get their act together. Read more

I went in to get food when they were hardly busy and there were only but a handful of customers. They had called out my number... while there was a girl in red in front who just received her order, and the worker was speaking and addressing her. This worker(a big Latino girl) said nothing to me when I reached the counter but stated that I had to wait for one more item in my order tothe other workers. I then waited for her to come back with a small cup with a less that topped off cup of my drink and she justslid to me though for the girl standing in front of her she placed it. Then she walks off not saying anything. Before Iinteracted with her I noticed she had a bit of an attitude but I did nothing to her didn?t speak with her nor did I offend her.You don?t treat your customers like this. And on top of this it?s like my food was thrown in the bag. There was another lightskinned employee who got my cookies and just handed it to me not saying a word. That?s disrespectful. You?re under no obligationto engage in conversation with me yes, but as a customer I would appreciate being addressed when you do it to another customerthat looks like you. My litter sister even waved at her but I still felt complete and utter disappointment in the service Ireceived. Management please train or retrain your employees on customer service. The way I felt I was treated was as a nobody.I didn?t want to think of it as a race issue but this calls into question what was the reason for such treatment. All the fairskinned customers you spoke to, me being Carmel brown you said nothing. There?s brown skin Latinos too so treating someonedifferent for the color of their skin is horrible. I saw your manager was brown too so employees you need to re-evaluateyourselves if that?s what you?re about. If this was a misunderstanding then again please just retrain them on at least beingkind to every customer not just a select few.
