The food here was amazing. The guacamole was truly the best I’ve ever tasted, and everyone at our table was so happy with the... meal and the prices were quite reasonable. The only reason I can’t give this a 5 star review is because of how LOUD thisrestaurant is. Music with heavy bass plays so loudly you can barely hear yourself think, and having any kind of conversation isvery difficult. I would order out from this place and the atmosphere is so nice with the candles, flowers and mood lighting,but the volume of the music was just a total downer. The service was also so so, our waitress forgot to give some people at ourtable water and didn’t refill unless we asked. Read more
This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend because of the good food and drinks. When you walk in, there is no one to... greet you, so we took a seat at an empty table. My acquaintance had to get up after around 10 minutes to seek the attention of awaiter. She didn't say anything about not spotting us at first. We were the only guests seated at a table other than a group offour, and the restaurant wasn't even full. The waitress appears to be new to the job. She didn't offer us any water or lay it onthe table. She also didn't know the menu very well. I requested for brisket tacos, and she looked at me like I had five headsbefore telling me that they don’t sell brisket tacos there. I had to open the menu and show her that they indeed did. Shedidn't apologize for her error. It was no huge thing; as the night progressed, my companion and I had a drink. They were reallystrong, by the way, and I was immediately feeling it after only one glass. For me, it normally takes two to three drinks. Thewaitress quickly disappeared after bringing our beverages before we could give her our food order. The second time she did itwas when she gave us the appetizer. When she got to the table, she never asked if we were ready to order or even introducedherself initially. Her demeanor was "I don't want to be here." We remain kind, and I personally understand the difficulties thatcome with working in the food industry, but don't let your customers suffer because some staff isn't being attentive. When Ifirst received my "brisket" tacos, i realized it wasn’t brisket. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be a bother.The drink had me feeling real nice, and the tacos were good despite not being what I had ordered. I ended up bringing some ofthe leftovers home with me. Now that I'm sober, I'm eating the taco and regret not saying anything because I'm sure I wasovercharged for something I didn't even get. Straight to the point, I love this spot. I've been here 3 times already and each time I left full and satisfied. I just got done... eating here and I'm already thinking of what to order on my next visit! ???? Food: I like how big the menu is and that there isa mix between Mexican, American, Texmex, and LA style Mexican food. Incredible! There's just about anything for anyone with anykind of taste. It's like love at first bite but times 50 because the proportions are big. The proportions are well worth theprice. Service: The staff is great! No complaints. Courteous and attentive. Despite how busy it was and how many orders theywere handling, they took care of it. Atmosphere: There's a bar. Decent variety of tequila and beers. Nice mix of cocktails too.The decorations are so surprising since there's not much going on from the outside of the restaurant. The drinks here are the best. If you want an amazing margarita, order it on the rocks with tajin. The staff is attentive and the... music never disappoints. The food comes second place to the drinks but is a great spot to hang out. I am a little disappointedthey removed their all day happy hour. If they being that back I would go back more often.
