They can't follow proper delivery instructions and their system doesn't update. I both changed my contact number under my... account AND left delivery instructions to call the number that i wanted called. They obviously don't pay attention because i hadto wait 2hrs foe my order to get to me be also they were calling the number that was changed. I placed an order on the app @ approximately 12:19 . When I called @ 12:20 to edit my order the customer service rep told me my... Oder was out for delivery. EXACTLY ONE MIN AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED . I called 2 times trying to edit my order and I was stillspoken to in the most disrespectful manner ? I make pizza fast it?s on the way ? it already left . I continue to let him know Ijust called and it?s no way my pizza has been delivered. Even the papa johns tracker said my order was baking . So nothing madesense I received my pizza close to 1am . Ordered at 10:05 a stuffed crust pie. Delivered at 12:31 a barely warm non stuffed crust pizza. Tried calling twice to ask about... updates. First time was put on hold for 5 mins before hanging up. Second time someone picked up and was loud and obnoxious. Atfirst yelling how can I help you. Then trying to lie when I asked for updates. I ordered with my fiances info, there was no wayfrom my phone call you would know who the order was for without asking. Never again Read more
I ordered my pizza at 11:45pm. The estimate says 35-45 minutes. It is now 1:20am and the pizza is "on the way." I live 5 minutes... away from the location. Do better! If you're not going to fulfill orders just cancel it and stop wasting people's time. It'sunacceptable and unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Read more
The worst pizza I've ever had. The attached picture is of a "make your own" pizza which costed $35 including taxes and tip. Two... of the toppings I ordered ie: Pepperoni and extra cheese weren't even added. Really disappointed with their service. Read more
I placed an order for the pizza 3 hours prior, pizza was scheduled for delivery at 7:00pm. Pizza was delivered at 7:40pm cold... and no instruction was followed as i ordered no cut pizza but it was cutted and cold. I contacted them, they said we are busyand we have only one driver, on arrival i told driver to bring that pizza back as it was cold and cut , but the driver was rudetoo, he said I can't, i am only suppose to deliver.
