Margarita Pie was a total disappointment, and the worst I?ve ever had in my life. The sauce had no taste and is supposed to be... sweet! I thought the cheese was under the sauce, but I guess I was mistaken as there was no fresh mozzarella on the entire pie.Only positive thing I can say is the crust was good and they were polite. In addition they were so cheap with basically crumbsof basil ???? on the pie. Wouldn?t eat there again if the pizza was free. Read more
Officially the worst pizza We ever had in my entire life! We ordered a margarita pizza. It came with no cheese, zero cheese! The... sauce tasted worse than a store brought sauce. Super cheap with the basil probably had 3 basil leaves for an entire large pie.Such a waste of money and time. Read more
My co-worker spoke highly of this place after ordering delivery from here. I soon visited expecting a great slice, however, upon... ordering two slices for my pregnant wife and I, the guy making the pizzas opened the door to leave the shop, walked back in,touched the pizza in the oven to check its temperature, closed the oven and took out his phone, grabbed his shirt to cover hisyawn, all without washing his hands or sanitizing. I canceled the order and kindly explained to them why I decided to cancel. Becautious if you decide to eat here. I hope no one goes through the same experience I did. Read more
I have gone to Pompei so many times, it is a family favorite. We don't live in the area anymore but anytime we are in Bayonne to... visit, we have to stop here. Before you even enter the building you can smell the freshly made dough from outside. The RC colapairs perfectly with a plain pie. It's a classic Italian plain cheese pizza with the perfect cheese to sauce ratio. No weirdextra flavors to try and change it up. Do not even need to order ahead.
