They were short handed so the lobby was closed and the drive thru was packed, but when I got to the order screen I told them I... had a mobile order to pick up. Hated it is too strong, but they were operating under shady practices. Arrived after ordering on the app. Waited almost 20... minutes at the window when the worker came to give me my order. Only, it was the wrong order, by almost 3 times the amount offood. I told the employee what I'd ordered and after another long wait, it was brought to me. The employee told me they couldn'tsee my order because the management required they clear the orders from the screen so that their times looked good. My husbandwas a district GM for a fast food change, and he was quick to point out how much of a no-no that was. The employee was veryapologetic for our wait, and very friendly. When we got to our hotel room and opened the bags and it was still the wrongorder--we received our order and at least one other persons order, since there were 7 items in the bag we didn't order.
