I was born and raised in bayside new york. When this subways first opened up i was one of their initial customers and been a... loyal customer ever since. I have put thousands of dollars in this business location. I moved to florida and came back to visitfamily wanted to stop by the vitamin shoppe next door and needed to use the restroom at subways since vitamin shoppe does nothave a public restroom and subways does, in which i had the dire need of using it, which is not easy to hold since i am adiabetic. I asked Natalie who is apparently and sadly is the manager to use the restroom, she denied access to the restroom andstated ?its for paying customers only?.. so i explain to her that I?ve been coming here for a very long time and been a loyalcustomer ever since and she still insisted that i buy something in order to use the public restroom. I have seen Natalie therefor years since i was a kid as she has served me in the past. I was denied to use a public restroom as a long term payingcustomer and dealt with a huge attitude following, rude/snarky responses and embarrassment in the restaurant. This is injusticeand i will make sure to find justice to my best ability because this is inhumane treatment and by the way i don?t care if ispelt your name right Natalie per your sarcastic answer when i asked you for your name because a inhumane inconsiderate ladylike you doesn?t even deserve that respect. Rude and unfair treatment. I will be making sure that i will take this as far as ican during my visit here for this injustice and i will do my very best to get in contact with the owner and report this to thebbb. Still a really great eatery to visit some of the workers are much better then others. The ones that do will treat you like a... king and will make sure every detail of the sandwhich correct if you tell them and you'll walk away feeling great, otherwisethey wont really care and just try to make the sandwhich and get you out sometimes getting details wrong. I purchase a foot long in this location, I was very disappointed with the service. The cashier are very rude and disrespectful... to me. First she ignored me when I ask if they had whole wheat bread, second the lady that serves me thought I said I wantturkey but I didn't. She almost put the turkey in the sandwich and I told her no I'm sorry I want veggies she threw the turkeyback with an attitude.. after she finished making my sandwich she threw the recipe on the counter and walk away.
