My family and I went here last night for dinner. We ordered a thousand appetizers as the boyfriend wanted a little bit of... everything. So we ordered fried mushrooms, fried pickles, onion rings, fries, some Buffalo egg roll things and then for ouractual main meal we ordered the family thing of wings which was 32 wings and we got them in 3 different flavors. The reason Irated it as a 3 is because for one of those flavors, my boyfriend asked that they do the butter and voodoo and the waitress saidyes she understood but yet as you can see in the picture she apparently didn't and they only sprinkled the seasoning on ourplain wings....there was no butter...just dry wings with a seasoning sprinkled on them...so we didn't eat those ones... but thefood otherwise tasted great and it didn't take long to get out to us and there was no long waiting line to eat there like therewas everywhere else so that's great! Manager spilled pepsi on my one month old my diaper bag and myself and had the audacity to charge me after the incident. I use... to always go because is quiet and empty but I refuse to go now with my family, very unprofessional. I think we deserved a freemeal. Glad I didn't take my white dress like I wanted too! It was family date night and it ended up as a disaster. I don't writereviews but I felt like we should of had a FREE meal! I understand accidents happen but it's different when they spill it Allover you and your child. Sad. Read more
The services is always amazing the food is always hot and so good and my personal favorite is Alma anytime I come in she?s... always so sweet and makes sure the customers are treated with the best customer service ever. Sarah is amazing as well keep upthe great work!! Read more
My husband and I drove nearly 2 hours and had ordered 2, 8 piece wing bundles. I got the mild and he got the extra hot garlic.... My food not only smelled horrible, but tasted just as awful. The fries were undercooked and left untouched as well. Verydisappointing for spending $40 and not even being able to eat it. HOWEVER, the lady with the long curly hair is the best thingthey've got going for them! From the call in order to me picking up with food. She knew the menu off the top of her head, wassuper helpful and extremely friendly. The customer service was A1 from HER. The food was just... terrible. Being pregnant Ididn't feel safe eating it. This place used to be good three or four months ago when we could place an order and get our drinks and a timely manner now it... seems the wait staff could care less and I think that it is bad when the manager has to come out and wait on you. Basically wewent to the bar and ask for a wait staff on the outside and we were told they would send somebody and nobody showed up so wewill be giving this place a Miss from now on. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!!! Once we got there it was super empty, menus sticky, tables dirty and stingy smell. We waited 15... minutes to have our waitress ANNABEL come to our table to ask us for our drinks with an attitude. She then takes another 15-20minutes to come to our table for our order and as my husband and I look around it?s still empty! Why do the waitress walk soooslow??? They stay in the back texting, talking, flirting with the manager and customers at the bar. We got our meal COLD, frieswere STALE, overly greasy and at that point I just wanted to eat and leave. ANNABEL charged me twice for an order of fries andwhen asked to speak to the manager he never came to the front. Unprofessional. They all lied about me getting my refund becauseI have NOT received my refund. I would hate to think they pocket my money. They need to close down or hire people who do notpretend to work. Read more
Typically when we go the food is ok and when we eat in and there's a mistake they are usually quick to remedy the situation.... However in this instance we ordered to go, the onion rings were beyond a disappointment. It was so soggy with grease it leakedthrough the container and all over the bag. The wings were ok. The greased up onion rings just made it bad and I didn't like thefact that we ordered something just so we can throw it out. Read more
I was talking before I went in with my girlfriend about how the place wasn't busy for a astros game and I understand why now.... The service was terrible our server was more concerned with her regulars and friends behind usto come check on us. I canhonestly say if you want to get timely serivce do not sit on the bar side. Long story short we waited on her more than shewaited on us. The boneless was cold the fries were hot. Then as we wait more to pay she finally comes to get my card and goesdirectly to her table of regulars to sit and talk with them more before trying to run my card.The only reason it gets 2 stars isbecause the astros and those boudin egg rolls were fire.
