This is by far the worst location at of this entire franchise. Will no longer be bringing our business here. The staff was... inadequate, I’m guessing we caught training day?, because the girl running the register had to explain everything to thedetails of the order to the young guy next to her. The guy cutting the meat didn’t have gloves and was wiping his nose afterhe finished handling our order. Then the order. 2#s of pulled pork and asked for extra sauce to go with it. Never had to becharged extra for something that we could get free of charge if we wanted to fill multiple containers after check out. So thatwas just another ordeal in itself. Also if your looking for that fresh lemonade there known for, well not here. Instead theyoffer Minute Maid out of the fountain. And wanted that yummy free vanilla soft serve cone that you get from every other Dickeys?Not here. Soooo screw this place. Until enough people let management know this falls below the great service rendered at everyother franchise, and bring the service back up, we will NOT be returning. Read more

I hate leaving a poor review but I feel I have no choice. The roll was extremely hard, taking a bite of a brick might be better... for your teeth. The brisket was dry, it had the consistency of jerky. I know someone has to care about this location. If so,they should start looking at the product that is sent out. Read more
We ordered food for delivery, when it was an hour late we called and they said they thought our order was door dash. Sherri... behind the counter laughed and didn’t apologize when I brought the food back that finally was delivered at 3 pm when weordered. The food that was delivered was less than trash. They knew that it was cold but instead of apologizing for the mistakeand making the food fresh then sent it out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Read more
I have to post this, I really enjoyed this location for a long time but prices have increased and portions have gotten smaller,... I paid $17 for less food than an appetizer at a restaurant, its a shame, for that amount of money, when my sausage was beingportioned it was one slice over in weight and she actually took the one slice, a bite, off and left it sitting alone on thecounter top, how long will it sit before it finds a home? Was that really necessary? I paid 17 bucks and you took a bite away?Edit* Upon eating the food it is subpar at best, the brisket was supposed to be sliced, it was a dry pile, had to eat it with aspoon. I was actually impressed by this barbecue location. From the moment I stepped in was greeted by a super friendly staff. I got a... verity of meat and was offered different ones by staff as well. Over all a wonderful small Texas barbecue location. Read more
Sitting here eating this wonderful pork burnt ends. This is my fav!!! Don't pass this one up if you are in the Bay area. Not the... gas station one. It is the next one off the highway. Next door to Baja tacos. Read more
Food is gross. They never remember sauces when ordering online or DoorDash. And anyone ordering should know that they make the... delivery driver make your drinks so I hope you trust them. They could literally do anything to your drink or food. They don'tseal bags or ensure drinks aren't tampered with. Disgusting place. And the staff is rude. Read more
