This is the worst Domino?s experience I have EVER HAD. This is also not a Karen moment where I have no idea what the service... industry is like. I waited tables for 5 years. I?ve worked in a drive thru. It?s hard but it isn?t THAT hard. Anyway, first thewebsite wouldn?t accept my card, and then I called to order and it took 16 minutes to place it, and then they rang me up forcarry out, not delivery, so I had to go get my pizza, only to arrive and be told they cancelled my order by one employee andthat the order disappeared by another. Joke?s on me for not giving up after the website wasn?t working, I guess. If managementsees this, one of your employees was on the phone at the counter and everyone needs to be retrained. Read more

I normally don?t make reviews. I ordered a pizza and it took four hours to get it. Got the pizza and it was cold. I have had... orders in the past to where my pizza was crushed. Will not be ordering from here again. This place is a joke. Read more

I placed my order at 6:30 and ordered on the app. I was told it would be ready between 7:05 - 7:11. I arrived here at 7:18 there... was no parking, my pizza wasn't ready so I had to wait and additional 30-45 minutes for an order. Read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered food online at 7pm had to call at 8:45pm to ask where it was. I spoke with the manager and got told... ?Do you want the food or not?? Then hung up on me. The Store Manager has a terrible attitude and even worse customer service,employees are the same. But it?s not their fault, poor leadership breeds a poor team. I feel bad for her employees andcustomers. Just terrible. Read more

I placed an order that said it would take 40 minutes to arrive. I called the store after an hour and a half and they said the... order had been delivered to the wrong address, and then they got back on the phone and said that it wasn't delivered to thewrong address. They put me on the phone with the manager who then proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes while I watched thetracker as the driver went all the way back to the store got the pizza and then tried to come deliver it when it was too late Ihad already left work. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. System & phones are always down. Delivery always takes HOURS. Ordered from... here on Saturday at 753 and my order didn't arrive until 1030pm. Had to order my kids something else for dinner within that 3hrtimeframe. Kids were asleep by the time the order came.
