A friend and I came here when we found the Garth Rd. location so packed, it would have taken a really long time to get in. While... the Decker location isn't as fancy as the one on Garth, the people we encountered were so much friendlier and welcoming. Ourserver, Jasmine, was a lot of fun, and she took great care of us. I ordered one of my usuals with a Texas Top Shelf Margarita,and I found both the food and the drinks to be far superior to that of the Garth location. My friend said the same thing. The ElToro on Decker is now our preferred location. I'm looking forward to our next visit. Read more
Every time I come visit Baytown for work I have to come visit this restaurant! GREAT food with amazing flavor and taste. I could... order anything from the menu and I know I won't be disappointed. Service was good. Food was very lacking from past experiences. The green sauce was watered down and very little taste. Portions... of the beans and rice were smaller than that of which you would give a small child. It's sad that you get better food from thelocal taquerias. This place is so beautiful upon driving up. Picturesque fountains, architecture reminiscent of a villa mansion and very well... maintained landscaping. The chips and salsa are so fresh, authentic and delicious there is no doubt it?s made in house. Themusic is so festive and upbeat, you immediately feel like you?re at a party (albeit a relaxed and laid back one). All of thefood was delicious and very affordable! The waiter, Marcus, was professional and on point. The manager even came out and spoketo us with a warm welcome ????. I will be back and highly recommend for any occasion! Read more
