Good BBQ ribs and sausage. Corn bake was good. Wife had chicken fried steak with a cheese Gravy. It was surprisingly good!
What happpened to Goings? No familiar faces, place is all different inside and some kind of weird cheese sauce on their CFS? Not... very good, nothing like in years past. Read more

Ribs were cooked perfectly but I was expecting a more authentic Texas style BBQ flavor being in Texas. The food was a little... generic. Not much flavor to the brisket, I'm assuming a lower quality brisket is used. Seasoning on the brisket was nearlynon-existent. Seasoning on the ribs were good but still not much smoke flavor at all to the meats. If you want an authenticTexas BBQ joint, this is not the place for you. 2 stars because the portion is good. I had the ribs with coleslaw and fries. My husband had 2meat was sausage and brisket and... potato salad and beans. Ribs were dry and so was the brisket could taste the smokey on the ribs. Brisket had no flavor. Potatosalad and coleslaw tasted like what you get at walmart. Rolls were not fresh at all. Fries were a little under cooked for mytaste. There BBQ sauce was watery and vinegary. Realy not a good BBQ. I will have to try another place . Read more
This place gives you a very good hometown feeling. Very great staff, warm welcome. I ordered the sliced beef sandwich with all... the fixings and it was great nice and tender, my husband ordered the three meat platter everything on his plate was great andwell seasoned. The barbecue sauce is phenomenal!! Highly recommend you stop by and try some food! Read more
