I ordered 2 orders of wings. One order was completely wrong and the other order include old hard wings and burned fry crumbs.... When I called to get a refund they told me to call door dash but I didn't order through door dash. I ordered directly throughthem. Door dash stated that someone from their corporate office would get in touch with me but I haven't heard back. I don'tthink DD should have to issue the refund. I think It's Just Wings should issue the refund since they made the food. Either way,I will not order from them again. Read more
We ordered food from this location and were completely underwhelmed. We love all things Chili's but this one just did not hit... the mark. The food was subpar and was worse as it sat, which is strange because most wing spots offer food that gets even betterafter sitting for a few hours. We purchased regular and boneless wings and both lacked season and sauce. No flavor, the ranchwas not the best/watered-down, and it was overall a poor experience/waste of money. Never again.
