Ownership at this mcdonald?s Clearly Has issues When a Customer spends 20-30 dollars on breakfast & Actually charged $.075... cents for a small cup of water then also for Ice For their Large cup of Coffee that?s Steaming hot ???? to hot to touch or drinkthe drive threw lady?s say we charge for this small cup of Ice Too Seriously ???? If you don?t mind waiting 15min for someone to come on over the speaker and if you don?t mind going ahead and driving up to the... window without getting your ordered till you can get someone?s attention another 10min. and if you don?t mind trying to explainthat over the past few months nothing works at this location, if you don?t mind an under cooked egg McMuffin and later thatnight having obviously semolina problems, then go. We used to go weekly, because it was on our way fishing? guess what lost ourbusiness. Getting sick was the final straw. This particular location has declined in service and food quality. The employees act like your bothering them and they rush you... to take your order and the orders are wrong almost every time. I was helped by a young man on my last visit that was helpingthem. He was from another location and he was very nice and helpful. Now I am not being mean to these folks. I used to work inthe same industry and understand the stress of it and being short handed but that still doesn't explain the problem or fix it.This location needs revamping and an employee attitude overhaul. CHECK YOUR FOOD AND RECEIPTS!!! I went yesterday with my family and we got food and while ordering the girl kept adding stuff we... didnt ask for and took a minute trying to figure out how to take them off. Then we get to the window and we still had an extrameal so we had to get that off. We get to the window and are told to pull up and they being out the food. We are missing a wholelarge fry and my 2 kids meals only had a toy and box of nuggets and one of the boxes was missing one of the nuggets. They alllooked so confused when the manager asked what happened after i brought it inside. By time the fries were done my nuggets andhubbys burger was cold if it was warm to begin with. Maybe retraining the whole midshift should be considered. Read more
This place is a joke just like their workers. Got to the window and the little girl was so in a rush to get us out of the driver... thru line, we stated to the girl that we're missing literally half our order she tried to say that we were wrong but when wegave her our receipt she STILL got half of our order wrong! We pull up to wait on the rest of the order and when the managercame to give us the rest of our stuff (which had stuff still missing) she was talking about customer is always right, just getthem out of here. So PLEASE if you want to get half of your order or just plain miss stuff that you paid for feel free to take adrive thru their drive thru so you can get attitude from the window girl. Read more
We went through the drive thru and paid cash. At the first window the young cashier handed us our receipt but no change. We... asked where our change was and she replied she had no change. She just assumed it was ok to keep our $. When I stated I wantedthe change she SLAMMED the money drawer shut and went and got someone else to help her give us our change. I wonder how manyother people she has done this to? And who gets the extra money? FYI-the burger was not even warm-the cheese was slid over andnot even melted to the meat or bun. So, I ordered some fresh cookies and I the gave me cold ones, I asked them for some fresh ones and waited about twenty minutes... until they finally got it to me, they only take 2 minutes to cook, and while waiting in the lobby all I can see is the staffrushing back and and forth in a frenzy when there's hardly no traffic in the drive through and inside. They were also catchingattitude with customers at the drive thru window. To top it all off, I saw a fly go into the display for the cookies and land onseveral of them, I brought it to the team leads attention and she pulls it out and sets it under the counter. once I walked outthe dining room door I was sitting in my car in plain view of the same cookie display and to my horror l, she picks up the samecookie tray and places it back in there! I was so disgusted I couldn't even enjoy my treat and had to throw it away. If youenjoy Mc D's, I do not recommend going there in the morning! Read more
