As a door dash driver it is absolutely horrible to try and pick up an order after the lobby is closed. They take orders at the... window instead of the speaker. Can't order on the app since it shows this location is closed after midnight until 5 am. 15minutes so far waiting to pick up a door dash order and there is still 4 cars ahead of me that haven't even ordered yet. I came here at 3:10am, they took my order, I get to the window and sit on my phone cuz I know I am about to wait a while. Once... it hits 3:30am I start looking around in the store and see a lady cleaning the counter. She mimes out to leave because they'reclosed. They never bothered to tell me they were closed when they took my order, or told me my total, or to pull up to thewindow, or for the 20 minutes I waited at the window. Absolutely awful! Read more

This place is the worst. What good is using the app if they don't see it. I had to wait over 30 mins in the curbside. Finally... drove to the window and they said we don't see it even though I showed them my phone. They have never gotten 1 order right. Thefries are cold and the quality of the food is just thrown together. Read more

The staff seemed to not understand "Only lettuce and tomatoes" my chicken sandwich had only pickles. Pathetic. I took the... sandwich back in the restaurant, mgr took it, DID NOT THROW IT OUT, as she should have. Gave it to someone to ADD lettuce andtomatoes. Absolutely not how it's done. Read more

I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie with my breakfast but was charged for a medium and worker rushed to give me my... order at second window. She was not friendly and I had to ask for my smoothie to be given to me. She had an attitude when Iasked for a second syrup but I had no problem paying the $0.27. I wanted to ask for ketchup with my 2 hashbrowns but decidedagainst it. Staff need to be retrained on customer service and to present themselves as friendly. I WON'T be coming back. Itruly feel that workers should not get upset with the customer for ensuring that we get what we are paying for. I know thatpeople go through things in life, but really, it cost nothing to be kind! I am all about effective customer service. If I didnot ask for my strawberry banana smoothie, then I am sure that she would not have given it to me at all. This goes to show youhow you are being rushed. That's not right! Guess I'll have to get my breakfast elsewhere because I don't shop where theworkers have attitudes early in the morning! Read more

Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, the one thing that REALLY irks me about those place is when I order cookies with my... order, and there's no cars behind me, and they ask me to pull up. Why not just let me wait at window? Several times I've donethis, they've forgotten about me, or missed something, and I have to get off since I'm no longer at the window to let them know. Read more
