Customer service needs work. My family and I went in for the first time in several months and the person at the register was... short, rude and did not fully explain nor understand new policies that had recently been implemented at this location. She wasrude in her response and very unprofessional. All I ask for is an adult response and communication when entering anestablishment. Though apparently this is very hard in Baytown. And in case anyone was wondering- sample cups are no longer athing. Read more

This is my first time in this location as a matter of fact it's my first time ever at an Orange Leaf. People raved about this... place. The store is clean especially the bathroom. Furniture is kinda beat up but that just shows how popular this place eitheris or was at one time. I had a smoothie and it was meah. Wasn't totally terrible but it's no Smoothie King. People complainabout the price. It's like a salad bar you pay by the ounce. If your paying 40 bucks for frozen yogurt perhaps you and youryogurt cup need to go on a diet. The forzen yogurt was WAY better than the smoothies. But you don't expect your electrician tofix the toilet. Don't expect a frozen yogurt place to give you a good smoothie. Buy a smoothie at smoothie king Buy forzenyogurt at Orange Leaf. It's that simple. Read more

The card machine was down so had to wait for the lady to fix it so I could pay. I paid $36 for two yogurts which is ridiculous.... It was a lot of yogurt but not worth nearly $40 that?s ridiculous I definitely felt way over charged. Read more

Finally, a yogurt place close to where I live! It did NOT disappoint. I love all the flavors they have there: pistachio,... raspberry, strawberry, cookies and cream, vanilla, original tart, mango, NY cheesecake. I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt and Icould eat froyo for lunch and dinner. My favorite froyo place is Yogurtland but they're not on this side of town so this placehas come close to being Yogurtland's alternative. All the flavors are not extremely sweet, just the right amount of sugar so youcould still taste the tartiness. That's how I like my yogurt to taste like. I can't tell you how pricey it is though because Ipaid for a village of people. But if I don't need to drive 45 mins for a froyo trip, I am happy to pay as much. Read more

Very dirty! Filthy couches, tables, chairs, machines, and serving line. Some machines didn't work either. Staff member dropped 3... bowls and put them back in the stack to be served to customers. The TV display sign at the front says .62¢ an ounce we werecharged .68¢ an ounce. Read more

The product was great but I just wish that I was allowed to put my own topping because the lady that worked there loaded it down... witch seems cool until you go to pay. 20 for 2 bowls Read more

This location can definitely improve on its customer service, but the overall concept of Orange Leaf and its many options are... nice and a great option for kids. Pricing is based on weight of bowl. Be careful because kids do get excited and fill up theirbowl with every flavor and topping and before you know it you're paying 20 bucks for a serving of yogurt LOL. Read more

From mild to wild, you make it how you like it! The atmosphere is nice, and the sitting area is clean. My only complaint would... be the little bitty chairs and tables made perfect for someone 3ft tall. Other than that the froyo is great! Just please....Change the chair/table setup. Read more
