Went to the panera on Garth. They never have enough spinach and bacon souffle I got a sausage egg and cheese on Asiago bagel... there special. I got no sausage on my sandwich with a fried egg when the menu stated scrambled 7 dollar sandwich wasted. Ishould have went to the donut shop ..... Read more
Dirty. Disgusting place. I subscribed for the Unlimited Sip Club but I did not renew because when I had to go in there and fill... my cup by myself, the dispenser was shockingly dirty and smells awful. It gas molds growing in some part of the restaurant. Onetime I ordered for a pastry and the man who was mopping the floor, served me but I was so shocked that he used the SAME gloveshe was wearing to hold the mop and clean the floor to take my muffin! I told him there is no way that is accepted. He looked atme and was giving me the impression that it?s no big deal! In addition, the orders do not get right 80% of the time. Pros: Bagels are great soup bowls we're excellent! Super friendly people! Open early! Did I mention fresh? My only con, would... be, why so u have to pay for a serving size of cream cheese when I buy a bagel? Imo, it would be like a chik fi la sauce, limitbut not up charge. Read more
We always get the worst customer service when we come by but sometimes this is the only choice we have for good, lighter food.... We actually try our best to avoid coming to this Panera.. and idk why but their pastries are always stale. Read more
Pretty bad service, I work in the area and come in there a lot. Nobody has a sense of urgency when attending customers much less... a sense of hospitality. Long wait just to order. Once I witnessed someone in management have a loud and public argument with anemployee about scheduling. It was a little awkward. Read more
