I'm not a fan of pizza hut at all however I was forced to eat some pizza hut from this location while i was working nearby and I... don't know if this place has its own special ingredients or something but I enjoyed it a lot. It was very good, and i wasshocked how much i liked it considering how small this location is. Take that as you will. Read more

I did an online order went through the drive-through and it still was not ready even though the app told me it was ready to go.... Told me to park outside and they would bring it out to me I had to go inside after waiting outside for 10 minutes Since I havenot brought out my order even then I went inside and they were still not done with my order. This is a poorly run Pizza Hut thelady inside all she did was apologize didn?t offer any explanation. Read more

A couple of years ago apparently, they had different management. Recently my past few experiences have gradually gotten worse.... Today was the last straw, I just requested my account to be closed. I had just gotten home and decided to order wings onWednesday, I grabbed a shower and let the dog in, and pizza hut was at my door. I went to the door not dressed (out of shower)and said please leave it on the table I?m not dressed, and the dog was going crazy. The driver said no you must open the doorand sign your debit card receipt. I said I can't, the driver said sorry Policy and left. Please note, I have been using the samepizza hut and the same debit card for years.NO MORE I?m picking up dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door to your store. Iwill never use pizza hut again, Things wouldn't have been so bad if the person calling themselves the store manager wouldn'thave been rude and handled the issue. Poor excuse for management. I will be doing reviews all over the internet for months ofthis experience, writing letters to District, Regional, Divisional and Corporate offices until someone listens.I left a message with someone they said was a District manager named Melinda,maybe she can help make a change. Anyone else have challengingexperiences with this pizza hut please speak up I would love to chat with you. NOTE: apologies for typos I?m doing this on myphone instead of a computer while waiting for dinner at El Toro Mexican restaurant... This location has improved during the pandemic ? in the past, when picking up your pizza, if you didn?t check the box prior to... leaving the store, odds were about 50/50 that you?d have mystery pizza when you arrived home ? like they made whatever they feltlike ? they?re hitting a perfect score with me these days when it comes to order accuracy. Avoid getting bacon as a toppingunless you want pizza that?s dripping in excess grease. The cut of bacon they use is all fat - it might taste good but it?s adripping, greasy mess! Read more

Will never order from this pizza hut again. Took an hour to get to my house after leaving the store. Everything was cold and... someone ate a wing and put the bone back with the others. Gross and very unsanitary! Read more

I had a bad experience last night. The food was cold they were missing multiple toppings. Incredibly busy very understaffed the... manager seems not to care at all. Enter top it all the food seems very rice and sloppy. Very disappointed for a major pizzaChain. Read more
