The area is a little run down. When pulling up to order, the intercom doesn?t work, and you have to order at the window. This... means it takes longer to get your order if more than two people are in line. Food tasted good and the staff was doing what theycould with what they had. Read more
Very unprofessional, they work in a slow motion. I once placed an order in the drive thru because the lobby was closed, and... after over 25 minutes waiting as instructed at the parking lot next to the restaurant nobody brought my food, so I went walkingto the window, they told me Oh your order is not available right now, and they asked me if I wish to replace it with somethingelse!! Went through drive thru , order was incorrect once again. Asked for 2 number 1s , one classic, no sauce and 1 spicy. Of course... it's piled with mayo which I do not eat and the fries literally had 5 fries , also ordered a 3 piece meal and only got 2 pieces.Then call back and of course all they could say was it doesn't say that on receipt even though the curly headed drive throughboy repeated it correctly back to us, and it even took them forever in the drive thru. Worst experience ever. Rude cashier girl. I asked for a large tea and they said they didn't have any and still chargede for... large drinks I tell her about the charge and she doesn't tell me anything just put a dollar in my hand and walked away. I alsonoticed there was large cups u can see them by the window. Just horrible service. If she don't like her job than she should'vemade better life choices. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! I?ve ordered multiple times from here throughout the years and they?ve literally never one... single time got my order correct! The food is stale oftentimes and the staff is rude and dismissive! I ordered 20 minutes inadvance today and still waited in the lobby for 15 minutes after I showed up, and I was the ONLY person there!!! Yet they still?forgot? half of my order!
