I ordered a popcorn shrimp combo, With unsweet iced tea, red beans and rice, and a spicy chicken sandwich. Shrimp were over... cooked, they forgot to give me my side dish. There was no tea available in the dining room, so they had to get it from the back.The spicy chicken sandwich was good, in fact nothing was bad, even the slightly over cooked shrimp, it is possible that theywere not over cooked, but the grease was old. The shrimp did not have much flavor, kind of a let down. This particular franchisewas not the cleanest Popeyes I?ve ever been in, but not nasty by any means. Honestly, this is the BEST Popeyes around. I drive from Crosby to this location. The food is great. They always have everything... in stock, and the service is top notch as well. Even if we have to wait 15-20 mins for fresh chicken, it is well worth it! Read more
Food was right and good! There was an issue with 2 of the workers, they assumed I didn't understand spainish so they were... talking badly about me. I talked a manager, she was AWESOME and handled the situation very appropriately! Read more
Garth Rd. Store is TERRIBLE!! Order 1/2 lb of shrimp, took them 20 minutes to get my food because the forgot to drop it and then... there were only 10 shrimp. This was the first place my wife & I wanted to go after being stationed overseas without one & the management & experience... sucked. We tried to go inside the doors were locked, when other patrons tried to let us in they were told not to, the managerkept locking & unlocking the dine-in area doors to let some patrons in while trying to force others to the drive through eventhough their lobby hours says they were supposed to be open. SMH because it was the only one to go to there. This place needs tolook at new management. Read more
They are so rude here. You Always have to wait 25 mins for dark chicken. The African American heavy set man is always so... disrespectful. He?s basically take what you get type of employee. Please try another Popeyes for better service. They don?t openat 10 like they say they do. I came this morning for 10 and sat at drive thru for 15 minutes. Worst Popeyes. Placed a 10 pc family meal. Paid they asked me to pull up and wait, they came to my window about 5 minutes later saying there... out and If I could wait 15 to 20 minutes extra for them to make more. I didn't like that they told me after the fact of orderingand paying to tell me the amount of wait time i would have to do. Read more
