I hate to give a 1 star. Restaurant wasn't crowded and we arrived at 5:41pm food didn't come out until 7:24 pm spoke to the... manager. He said he'd comp the ticket. He took off the mushrooms. Honestly he could have left them on the ticket for thatamount. Food wasn't hot. All food didn't come out at once, I will NOT be back 2nd time visiting this place, and definitely don'tlike it now. Highly recommend this spot. The people there are very nice, and the food turned out PERFECT.
The service was great. The food was wonderful. We made it an all you can eat visit. The price, considering all of what we ate ,... was really affordable. The lobster tails were amazing. The shrimp cocktails featured enormous shrimp. The Brussel Sprouts weremade in a very interesting way, and were unexpectedly very delicious. Our server was very reliable and polite. There was no carbonated drinks, only water and lemonade so I ordered a frozen margarita, and got one on the rocks, but i didnt... say anything just went ahead and drank it, so then i ordered a frozen one and was told they had no more tequilla.....then thelobster bisque tasted like nacho cheese soup, so that was disgusting then I ordered a shrimp scampi but its just shrimp inbutter?? No noodles! WHAT? lol Then to top it off they gave me this old dry lettuce in my burger as the waitress took about 15min to bring me my water after reminding her several times and even had a table next to us walk out after they waited so longafter ordering their food that they were gone before their drinks even came out, cant blame them. Great food! However, our biscuits took long to come out and our waitress was not very friendly. Thankfully, someone else came in... between and topped up the biscuits and he was super friendly and welcoming and even apologized for the wait. We really wantedendless shrimp and only found out after we ordered that it was still on. Usually they advertise it when they take your order,but our server didn't. I ordered food to go. The food was terrible! Frozen food from a grocery store is better with more flavor sadly. The pasta was... dry and tasteless, the fried shrimp was gross, I have had frozen boxed shrimp that was way better. I haven’t had Red Lobsterin a while and was super disappointed and instantly regretted spending $64! I could have gone across the freeway to Cheddars forgood food and probably spent less ????Never again! Read more
