Typical big city style made to order salads. You can choose wraps, small or larger bowls. You?ll pay the basic amount for the... greens and veggies. You pay extra $3-5 for your choice of protein. There is soup you can add and then you have your choice ofcroutons, baked pita chips, croissants, etc. There are free refills of juices/teas/carbonated drinks on the wall. It?s allmeant to be aesthetically pleasing, but there is something a bit off? the employees don?t seem to know the world of Salad - thecorrect proportion of salad dressing to salad greens, and typical pairings. I?ve been here 3 times now, and I?m met by confusionor blank stares when I order and then I just end of pointing and there is always too much dressing and I have to watchvigilantly and say stop. Even my native Texan co-worker who loves ?smothered? everything said, ?yup, they don?t eat saladthemselves and there?s way too much dressing.? And yes, it?s a bit pricey. $13-15 for salad. I?ve lived in SF, Chicago, Philly,NYC, Seoul, and this is nothing special, but for Baytown on Garth, a salad place like this is a hidden gem. This is the best salad bar I have ever been to. The options are limitless and everything is fresh. This place is great for a healthy option of a salad buffet style restaurant. They put all the fixings in and mix it up. They... have about everything possible to put in a salad, proteins, and lots of dressings to choose from. You can get a roll or pitachips. Their teas and lemonades are good too. Never thought I would come to this place. And I'm glad I did. Salad is fresh, filling and hearty. However. Not cheap.
