I didn’t just spend almost $7 on two large sweet teas for them both be sour! This location is always hit or miss with the... drinks. Not to mention the majority of the window employees are so rude! AND not to mention this is the same location that tookmy debit card from outside, went back in to pay and when I go to the window…they told me they didn’t have my card. They gavemy debit card to the vehicle in front of me and they already left!! I had to cancel my card right in the parking lock. Read more
Drive thru Associate seemed as if he were aggravated when he read my order bk and I said no that's not correct. I again told him... what I ordered he took my money from my hand and re took my order. He reached me my order I looked in the bag and there wereitems missing. So I again asked him for the items he practically threw it at me. Won't be going here ever again Read more
i ordered a vanilla dr pepper and large cheese sticks with marinara sauce and they gave me the wrong drink then had an attitude... when i told them it was wrong then i get back to my house and they gave me a small cheese sticks and no marinara sauce. thepeople at this place are so incompetent that they can’t even do a job as simple as working at sonic and coming from someonewho just recently stopped working fast food for 2 years it’s not hard at all Read more
Worst service ever!!! Me and my husband went thru the drive thru and asked for two #2's woth easy mayo which is the super sonic... combos with large tots! The girl on the intercom asked if we would like to make the whole order a large, I said yes. She readsthe order back to me 2 large #2 with easy mayo, and tots, a large sweet tea and a large lemonade. I said correct and she gaveme the total. I get to the window and give her my credit card, she then proceeds to hand me 2 medium drinks, which I said nothose are not large drinks she say no your ti kit says medium, then she hands me the bag and it has 2 medium fries! ???? I toldher that wasn't right either. She looks at me like I was crazy as I was handing her the bag back! We get ready to drive off andlook in the bag and of course what's in there 2 medium tots. We just gave up and left. We will not be going there ever again.The sad part is that they weren't even that busy to have messed up the order. Read more
Everytime I come to this location the ice cream machine is down, I do not understand how this is a constant problem! The... employees are rude! Came yesterday asked for a large loaded tot the girl rudely said what, there isn’t a button for loadedanymore… WHAT! Then I asked for the Big red float couldn’t get that because the ice cream machine was down. Got to thewindow paid didn’t receive a receipt, ordered a large loaded tot received a regular and the shake overflowing like it was nobig deal that it was leaking all in my car! When asked for napkins she had attitude. Absolutely unexceptable but I couldn’tparticipate in the survey because I wasn’t given a receipt and also couldn’t confirm if I was charged for a large tot that Idid not receive which I’m assuming I was due to the high total. Sonic is the only drive-in (where you can drive into parking spots, order, have food brought to you and eat there) left in my... area. I like the variety of food, drinks, and desserts. It's not the finest food in the world, but it's reliable and gets thejob done. I usually go there when I'm doing errands and don't want to get out of the car between stops or sometimes just achange of pace when we want to eat out but don't want a restaurant experience. They also have a drive-through window if youwant to grab something and go. It's relatively fast, has some selections other fast food places don't, as well as the regularthings like hamburgers, and you don't have to get out of your car. Read more
The Sonic app would not allow me to place my order; nor did their online website. After those failed, I tried utilizing the... different delivery apps, but none of them allow me to customize my orders the way I want, and obviously there is a HUGE pricehike for deliveries. I don't have my physical credit card in hand to order in person, as I've always used my Sonic App....sosad. Pizza Hut got my back, tho. ?? Read more
