Found hair in our delivery order and have been calling since august 5th was told I would get a refund. Got nothing but the run... around! I ordered online and went to get my sandwiches. I waited in line because I didn't see any sandwiches on the table made. Both Spanish speaking women who work there (younger and older one) are very rude, not friendly at all and barely speak English.... Customer service skills are beginner at best. The newer guy is sweet and although he is still learning, has far bettercommunication and customer service skills. I will just drive a little further for better customer service on my lunch break.
