This is the 2nd time I've eaten here since moving to Baytown. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke. But the food here is... below par to any Wingstop I've ever eaten at. I ordered 15 wings with a large fries and a large lemonade. 28 dollars. I ate 10 wings about 10 fries and had a 3/4 of a glass... of lemonade,when I had to go to ladies room. I was gone less than 5 minutes and when I came out the restroom, they had thrownmy whole meal away. Then offered to make me 4 wings and a small drink. They threw away almost my whole meal. I told them nothank you and at least got another lrg. drink before I left. No offer of replacing the wholeeal. No offer of a refund. I spent28 dollars. But I was nice and didn't lose my temper. Very sweet girl up front trying to do her best but surrounded by a bunch of guys who were more focused on chatting and... socializing-work should be fun? I get it... but young, seemingly untrained staff. A few of us waiting were told they were behindand we were offered a brownie? no clear ETA. there needs to be an adult in the store managing and helping the work flow.Employees on their phones texting while frying-then burning and throwing out wings, hair flying everywhere (it?s covid, wear ahair net-prob why there was a hair in the chicken in one of the other reviews below! and gloves and keep your masks up). Thestore is grimy and the floors were sticky and the delivery drivers and I just watched 2 big roaches crawl by and then under therugs in front that were rolled up. We told the petite gentleman up front at the cash register. He walked out, looked at thefloor, and shrugged? What is the point of having a great app or order ahead function, when your store cannot meet demand? Myorder was supposed to take 21-26 min. Ok.... so I came to this Wing Stop at 104pm from Crosby because I was out shopping, and I ordered some wings (the Family Pack)... and the gentleman behind the counter was very awesome and polite. I received my food and I went home and there was hair in mychicken.. I threw it all away. I dont know what to say, so I settled for Wendy's. Read more
