They messed up my whole entire order and the assistant manager MASON said he was going to give me a refund since it was going to... be over three hours late being delivered and said that the four pizzas and bottle of soda that I ordered should be there anyminute. Come to find out he called the delivery driver and had him come back with the food! I was having food delivered to Laceyauto care because they went above and beyond fixing my vehicle and I placed the order at 9:53 in the morning to be delivered by12 PM. So none of the employees ate lunch because they were waiting for the pizza and I called them back and said that the pizzashould arrive any minute, which obviously didn?t happen because MASON after telling me the driver is TWO MINUTES AWAY CALLED THEDRIVER AND MADE HIM GO BACK TO DOMINOS!!! I had to wait HOURS for the store manager to come in, and of course Lacey auto centerwas already closed. They delivered the pizzas the following day, but the main mechanic that worked on my car and deserved lunchon me was off that day! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MASON AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEREAGAIN! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! This place disappointed me two times. The first time I ordered was online and ended up waiting over an hour for my order. It... wasn?t till I decided to order again ( my son is on a pizza kick lol) that it was switched out to carry out because domino?scouldn?t provide me with the service in my area. I had to call on the day of because I chose delivery not carry out, and theyended up delivering it anyway so I didn?t understand why it was an issue for online. I like to order online for the coupon dealsand its more convenient since I dont carry cash all the time. The second time ordering I called by phone, sucked because Icouldn?t use any coupon deals, and yet again was disappointed by the fact that they came to my apartment complex and left myfood outside the front door. Mind you I live on the second floor. And they didn?t even have the decency to call me to let meknow my food was left outside. Luckily my neighbor was home and they were the ones to let me know about my food. And to top itoff, the bread pasta bowl I ordered, as I was cutting it in half I noticed a piece of hair in it! I've ordered 2×'s in the last couple of months. The last time the pizza was horrible and this time it was even worse the bacon... was almost raw and got a ball of fat the size of a quarter the second pizza actually had stems from the peppers on my pizzaalmost choked on it. We called to place an order at 9:15 PM. They said it would take under an hour. We called at 10:15 PM, and were on hold for ten... minutes. They finally picked up, saying the food should be there in a few minutes. Called, called, called, busy signal? and wason hold for another ten minutes. They finally picked up at 11, and they said the food was already delivered. It wasn?t. So wedrive to the store to pick it up. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thought maybe they were short staffed. Come tofind out 6 employees are ?working? at the store! Absolutely unacceptable. This does NOT look like the picture on the app! Really unappetizing "Classic Buffalo" chicken. Service was friendly and pretty... quick, but this abomination should never have gone into a box. Totally unacceptable to serve this. Read more
